Description
Formerly the Marylebone Lane Hotel, located at 74-77 Welbeck Street, this new-build hotel comprises eight storeys, including 205 guest rooms and suites, event spaces, and a rooftop bar with a pool terrace. Ellmer Construction managed the full fit-out, including high-end finishes, MEP systems, and the integration of advanced building services to enhance functionality and guest experience throughout the hotel.
