The Hickman

The project entailed significant structural alterations to an existing commercial office building, including the addition of new lift cores, extra upper floors, and a full fit-out of the reception and front-of-house areas, lift lobbies, and washrooms. A CAT A fit-out was completed across all lettable office floorplates. Additionally, the building became the world’s first SmartScore Platinum rated building, as well as achieving WiredScore ‘Platinum’ and BREEAM ‘Excellent’ ratings, showcasing its advanced digital infrastructure and sustainable design.
